In this podcast I talk about the benefits of nasal breathing, Disadvantages of mouth breathing, Mouth taping and a short how to practice at the end. I absolutely loved doing this podcast because consciously breathing through my nose has made my life better in how I respond and not react. Am I perfect hell no....but having something that gives me a sense of control and feeling the difference in my life experience. I had to share!
